My professional and academic path has taken me across several countries and exposed me to very different institutional and business environments. This has given me first-hand experience of how significantly markets, regulatory frameworks, decision-making processes, and business practices can differ – and how important it is to adapt strategy to those realities.
My academic background is equally interdisciplinary. I studied both humanities and STEM-related subjects in different countries, including completing a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics. That combination continues to shape the way I work: analytically and structurally, while keeping sight of the political, economic, and organizational context around a decision.
Throughout my career, I have been responsible for project controlling on initiatives with budgets of up to €8 million and have coordinated the work of several dozen people across different departments and disciplines. This taught me that a strong strategy must do more than look convincing on paper. It needs to be operationally feasible, financially sound, and robust enough to withstand scrutiny from decision-makers.
I have worked within and alongside different institutional environments – from European structures to banks and international organizations – and understand how projects are assessed, challenged, and financed. This experience helps me translate entrepreneurial ideas into viable concepts and connect strategic decisions with data, structure, and implementation.
My core belief is simple: sustainable growth is not built on assumptions, but on well-founded decisions. That is the principle behind Wrungel Ventures – analyze first, structure the problem, implement what works, and stay involved until strategy turns into measurable results.
